Key Features of Atlas Up Steel:

  • Integrated Chest Up Ascender with Swivel:
    The chest section includes a permanently attached lightweight and compact Chest Up ascender, specially developed for rope access systems. The ascender features a built-in swivel, allowing smooth rope movement without twisting.

  • Steel Buckles & Clip Smart System:
    The waist and leg loops are equipped with durable steel buckles for quick and secure adjustment. The harness also includes Clip Smart, a small but clever feature for neatly attaching loose strap ends on the waist belt and leg loops.

  • Optimized for Gear Organization:
    Equipped with 6 gear loops and steel positioning rings in compliance with EN 358, ensuring efficient equipment management on the job.

  • Dual Front Attachment Points:
    The front waist section features two reinforced textile loops – one for connecting the chest harness via carabiner, and a separate loop for the D-ring attachment point for descenders. This innovative separation increases clarity and extends the harness’s lifespan.

  • Elastic Rear Leg Connectors:
    The accordion-style elastic straps between the leg loops and waist automatically adapt to movement, ensuring optimal leg positioning while walking or sitting.

  • Modular Configuration:
    Removable shoulder straps allow the harness to be used as a sit harness only, giving users more flexibility based on their task.
